Based in Victoria, we are passionate about helping individuals step confidently from education into employment, ensuring they have the tools, skills, and self-belief to thrive. We see strengths where others see challenges and are committed to creating a world where neurodiverse individuals are recognised, valued, and given every opportunity to succeed.

Bridging the Gap – Our SLES Program

The School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program is designed to help neurodiverse young adults build the skills they need to confidently step into the workforce. Our Bridging the Gap initiative provides structured, supportive pathways for growth, encouraging individuals to develop confidence, gain hands-on experience, and refine the essential skills needed for a fulfilling career.

Some our focus topics are:

Positive Self Identity and Self Advocacy
Mastering workplace communication and social skills
Creating standout résumés and preparing for interviews
Exploring career pathways tailored to personal strengths and interests
Gaining practical job experience with guidance and mentorship

How to Access SLES (School Leaver Education Support) Funding

SLES is available through the NDIS for young people who have left school and need additional support to prepare for employment. If you or your child are eligible for NDIS funding, we can help navigate the process so you receive the right support to participate in the program.

If you’re interested in our Bridging the Gap program but are not neurodiverse or on the NDIS, you’re still welcome to join! We offer a personalised payment structure and a concession rate (conditions apply), ensuring that everyone has access to meaningful support.

NDIS NEWBIE

👉 Who is this for? Anyone new to the NDIS, including participants, families, and carers.
👉 What you’ll learn: Understanding your plan, how to access services, and tips for self-advocacy.
👉 Format: Interactive and easy to follow, with time for questions.

Bridging the GAP Program

We’ll cover:
✅ What the program includes (workplace skills, self-advocacy, budgeting & more)
✅ How BTG is fully funded under NDIS SLES for eligible participants
✅ The difference between BTG and traditional education or job training programs
✅ How it prepares participants for employment, further study, or independent living

👉 Who is this for? Young adults (16-24), families, carers, and support coordinators
👉 Format: Informative, engaging, with time for questions

Support for Parents with Building Capacity in Transportation

We’ll cover:
🚆 How to plan trips using the PTV app (buses, trains, trams)
🚖 Using Uber and other ride-sharing services safely and confidently
🚗 Steps to getting a Learner’s Permit (applying, studying, and logging hours)
💡 Travel safety tips and problem-solving strategies

👉 Who is this for? Young people, neurodiverse individuals, and anyone looking to become more independent in transportation

Support for Parents with Independant Living skills for their young adults.

We’ll cover:
🏠 Life skills – Cooking, budgeting, home management, and personal care
💼 Work readiness – Understanding employment pathways and workplace expectations
🚌 Transport & community access – Navigating public transport, Uber, and safe travel options
📑 Navigating the NDIS – Understanding funding options for skill-building programs

👉 Who is this for? Parents and carers of young adults who need support in becoming independent
👉 Format: Informative, supportive, and interactive, with real-world strategies you can apply at home
